What Mr. Z Eats: Meal 001

Mr. Z is in college now. I told him to send me a photo of each of his meals. He's finally getting around to it. Here is "Dinner 9.4.15." Looks like two pieces of pizza, pasta with red sauce, an orange and a glass of red juice. (The orange is only there because I told him to start eating some fruit or he'd get scurvy.) He said this is basically what he's been eating every dinner. I'm thinking that if he doesn't start mixing some Metamucil into that juice, he's not going to shit until winter break.
