I'm going to try something new tonight. I FINALLY finished a song with Miss O. She actually sang it back in March of 2005 (when she was three), but I haven't gotten around to finishing the music until, well, now. Look, I'm a busy guy, all right?!
So, I uploaded the tune to this "Internet Archive" place that I don't really understand. It's some kind of online archive for all kinds of shit, but all I know is that they'll host the song for free and I'm a cheapass. Click on one of the links below to hear it (listen with headphones for extra pops & cracklies!):
"Washclosh" by The Miss O Beat -- way-compressed 600k version
"Washclosh" by The Miss O Beat -- hi-fi, supersonic 1.3 MB version
Let me know what you think. I'll pass it along to Miss O. And be nice, fuckers, she's only four.
Shameless plug alert:
[and remember, if you want to hear more, you can always go to Mr. Z and Miss O's rockin' music machine!]

Hey that's way cool, well done little Miss O!!! I will play it to my grils tomorrow after I return from work, it is 20:54 hrs here and I have to get up at 5:30hrs, which is before they wake up even in the morning. I will play it to them when I get home and tell you their responses.
I had to sing along with them the Rainbow song today and Old MacDonald too. We had a great day today!
We watched the show Dreamer also, we just love our horses!
It's DEVO for the toddler set! Miss O, I am in awe.
"Washclosh, pee and poop." Words to live by--OH YEAH! This song will be in my head all day.
Miss O, this is the coolest song I have ever heard about a washcloth, I am going to play it for all my friends.
Q: Are we not men?
A: We are MISS O
Awesome. I can't wait to put Miss O's album next to my Kicksome album.
Did I mention that through a friend of a friend of a friend the Wonder Woman Won song may have ended up in the hands of an artist for the Wonder Woman comic book?
We are Miss O INDEED.
You are fortunate to have such bitchin' offspring. I'm a nanny, and the only thing the two year old I care for does is crap in the bathtub.
Every.
Single.
Time.
Some would argue that's talent, but they're not the ones that have to clean it up.
Sounds like Squarepusher...but better.
Damn you, miss O. "Washclosh" has replaced "My name is Luca" as the song that runs through my head repeatedly. Why can't I quit you, Washclosh? Woshclosh.
Anonymous, you gotta sing the universal brain-cleansing song to rid your noggin of "Washclosh" (no offense to Miz O)!
That song, of course, is none other than "Afternoon Delight" by The Starland Vocal Band.
Yes, I know. You don't have to thank me.
